NOAH HAROUCHE is a film and theater professional. Currently, he is serving as General Manager for 3Penny Opera, presented by Off-Brand Opera at the Theater at St. Jean’s.

Recent stage credits (as Associate Producer) include the world premiere of George Abud’s The Ruins (Guthrie Theater) and Jake Landau: A Musical Revue. Upcoming: The 17th Annual Fire This Time Festival (Company Manager), SOCIETY Theater’s Entangled: 12 Scenes in a Circle K off the I-40 in New Mexico (Line Producer), and Off-Brand Opera’s Fanny: A Fantasy in G.

Noah is an alumnus of the Broadway For All summer conservatory and Columbia University. He is currently a student of the Commercial Theater Institute’s 2026 cohort.
